LEBANON COUNTY – A two vehicle crash in Lebanon County has claimed a life. It happened shortly after 4:30 p.m. yesterday at the intersection of Coon Creek Road and Route 22 in in East Hanover Township. State Police report that a vehicle driven by 67-year-old Anthony Rollins of Palmyra was headed south on Coon Creek Road and proceeded through a stop sign when he was struck by a vehicle going east on Route 22 driven by 35-year-old Cory Rhoad of Schuylkill Haven. Rhoad suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lebanon County Coroner. Rollins was taken to Hershey Medical Center with suspected minor injuries. The roadway was closed for about five hours as police investigated.
