LANCASTER COUNTY – One person has died after a crash involving a horse and buggy in Lancaster County. The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. yesterday in the 4000 block of Strasburg Road in Salisbury Township. The identity of the victim has not been released. State Police are investigating.
