Responding to Grief Workshop

For some people the holidays are bright and joyous, for others they are painful and lonely. This workshop held at Millersville Community Church, 163 W. Frederick St., Millersville PA will focus on the impact that loss has on our mind, body and spirit; the ways that we can acknowledge, identify and understand our needs and the opportunity to choose healing over our pain.
