GriefShare – Surviving The Holidays

This event provide tools for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The holiday seasons, and special events like birthdays and anniversaries are most difficult because the memories come alive. This one and a half to two hours event includes watching a 30 minutes video and a group discussion time. You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to. There is also a workbook ($7.00)for taking notes as you watch the video.
