Our renowned recipe incorporates locally sourced, pasture-raised chicken, homemade stock enriched with local herbs and botanicals, and fresh-made pie dough noodles rolled on-site to ensure each order is made to perfection. This hearty meal is perfectly paired with fresh peas, pepper-cabbage, and rolls. Finish the meal with homemade pie and ice cream.
