LANCASTER – Drive carefully this morning if you need to travel. Roads are snow covered and slick. Allow for extra travel time if you must be on the roadways. Slow down and make sure you leave plenty of room between other vehicles. PennDOT has lifted restrictions in place since early Sunday morning on a number of major roadways.
