PUNXSUTAWNEY – Will we have have six more weeks of winter or an early spring? It depends to whom you listen. Punxsutawney Phil predicted six more weeks of winter after seeing his shadow this morning at Gobbler’s Knob in Jefferson County. Two Lancaster County groundhogs beg to differ with that prediction. Quarryville’s Octorara Orphie and Mount Joy Minnie did not see their shadows and have predicted an early spring.
