HARRISBURG – Voters have made a choice in several area U.S. House races. The 9th Congressional District race has Republican incumbent Congressman Dan Meuser has been reelected after defeating Democrat Amanda Waldman for the seat. In the 11th Congressional District race, Republican incumbent Congressman Lloyd Smucker will return to Washington for another term after winning a challenge by Democrat Jim Atkinson. In the 10th Congressional District, Republican incumbent Congressman Scott Perry is being challenged by Democrat Janelle Stelson in a very close race. At this point, with 98% of the precincts reporting, Perry has a slight lead.
