DAUPHIN COUNTY – Authorities in Dauphin County are investigating a death. Saturday afternoon, February 1 around 1:40 p.m., Susquehanna Township Police were dispatched to a wooded area north of Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg. Hunters had located human remains in a homeless encampment. An investigation into the circumstances is underway along with the Dauphin County Coroner’s office and the PA Capitol Police Department.
