HARRISBURG – Harrisburg Police are investigating a fatal shooting. On December 8th around 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Nectarine Street for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male victim in the roadway who died from a gunshot wound. An investigation is ongoing at this time. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Harrisburg Polic at 717-558-6900. Meanwhile, Harrisburg Police are searching for 38-year-old Lateef Phoenix in connection with a fatal shooting on November 2 in the area of Nectarine and Hunter Streets where an adult male was found deceased. Phoenix was identified as the shooter and faces murder, evidence tampering, and other charges. Anyone knowing his whereabouts should contact Harrisburg Police. A Crime Stoppers reward may be eligible for information pertaining to the investigation.
