MARYLAND – A missing teen is being sought in Harford County, Maryland. 15-year-old Raven Moses was last seen on December 3 around 3:30 p.m. in Abingdon. She is a white female, about five foot three, 140 pounds, and is a suspected runaway. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray hoodie zip up, white crop top, and white spandex pants. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Harford County Sheriff’s Office Corporal Majewski at 443-567-7086.
