YORK COUNTY – The search will resume this morning for a missing juvenile who was displaced from a kayak on the Yellow Breeches Creek on Saturday afternoon. Boats, drones, K-9 units, and other resources were used to assist with the operation over the weekend and yesterday. Residents and commuters are being asked to avoid the area of Limekiln Road and Slate Hill Road in York and Cumberland Counties. It is anticipated that the road will be closed on both sides of the bridge when recovery efforts resume, and remain closed all day. People are also being asked to continue to avoid the area both on foot and in the waterway.
