LANCASTER COUNTY – A Lancaster County man is facing charges after authorities say he abused his position as a youth leader at Victory Church in Lancaster. On April 22, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police began an investigation on 20-year-old Kelvin Perez of Holtwood. It was reported that between January 2025 and April 2025, Perez came to a 16-year-old female juvenile’s house in Warwick Township and convinced her to sneak out to engage in improper acts in his vehicle. It was also reported that he convinced her to sneak him into her residence to do the same. As a result of the investigation and in consultation with the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office, Perez was charged with one count of corruption of minors. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 23.
