YORK COUNTY – A York County man perished in a crash that happened yesterday around 9:36 a.m. on Route 30 East, just east of Mount Zion Road. Upon arrival, officers found a Chevy pickup truck resting on its roof with a male occupant trapped inside. Mechanical means were used to extricate the sole occupant. The driver was identified as 61-year-old Timothy Frisby of Wrightsville, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
