HARRISBURG – With thousands of PA workers relying on several federal unemployment programs that are set to expire at the end of the month, Gov. Tom Wolf sent a letter to the state’s Congressional delegation urging the federal government to continue the programs through 2021. The governor’s letter outlines four recommended actions: extending Pandemic Unemployment Assistance; extending Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation; renewing Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation; and extending No Interest Loans to the Unemployment Compensation Fund.
