HARRISBURG – Gov. Tom Wolf presented his final budget proposal to a joint session of the PA Legislature. The Democrat delivered a $43.7 billion proposal and wants lawmakers to “fully fund” school districts that get less than their share of aid under PA’s current funding formula. Wolf called on lawmakers to raise the state’s minimum wage along with more investments in job training and small business assistance. He also asked for more investments in clean energy and infrastructure along with more investments in health care to fight the opioid epidemic and improve mental health. You can see Gov.
