HARRISBURG – PA Gov. Tom Wolf has joined with New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy, Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont, and Rhode Island Gov. Dan McKee in calling for the resignation of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. In a joint statement, the governors say “We are appalled at the findings of the independent investigation by the New York Attorney General. Governor Cuomo should resign from office.” The New York Attorney General’s Office released its report finding that Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women and corroborated allegations from 11 women. Many are current or former state employees, including a trooper in the Protective Services Unit, whose allegation was previously undisclosed. Cuomo denied many of the allegations.
