YORK COUNTY – The York County Coroner has identified the victim of a fatal crash that happened Monday in North Hopewell Township. 55-year-old Roger Loop, Jr. was driving southbound on Winterstown Road when around 11:45 a.m., he swerved off the road, struck a utility pole, and rolled his vehicle. Loop, the lone occupant, was not wearing a seat belt at the time and was ejected from the vehicle. Loop was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner ruled the death as accidental. North Hopewell Township Police are investigating the incident.
