CHESTER COUNTY – Authorities say a woman who abducted a 6-year-old girl in Chester County was seen in York County. An amber alert was issued for Zoe Moss, who was last seen at East Ward Elementary School in Downingtown around 6 p.m. on October 25. The child was there for a court-ordered, non-school-related supervised visit with her 37-year-old biological mother, Vanessa Gutshall. The supervisor of the visit reported to police that the mother fled with the child in a gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta with PA registration KXR-3699. Investigators learned that Gutshall was last seen between 7:30 and 8 p.m. on October 25 at the Rivertowne Restaurant & Bar in Wrightsville. An arrest warrant has been issued for Gutshall. Anyone with information on their whereabouts should contact 911 or Downingtown Police at 610-269-0263.
