LANCASTER COUNTY – Authorities have identified the woman pulled from the Susquehanna River after a Thursday morning Lancaster County crash. The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office says 20-year-old Saige Zink of Columbia died from fresh water drowning and her death was ruled accidental. Around 2:25 a.m., authorities responded to the area of Water Street and Charlestown Road in Washington Boro and discovered two vehicles submerged in the Susquehanna River – a white BMW SUV and a blue Chrysler sedan, which investigators believe were traveling west on Charlestown Road at a high rate of speed prior to the crash. Police are attempting to identify and speak with three individuals shown in a surveillance video, who were seen leaving the area following the crash and were later observed nearby.
