LANCASTER – The Lancaster County District Attorney’s office says a man will serve up to 55 years in jail on charges of third-degree murder and drug delivery resulting in death for two separate incidents. 32-year-old Matthew Moser was sentenced after pleading guilty to crimes resulting in the death of a man and a woman about a month apart. State Police were dispatched to a home on Shirktown Road in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, for a report of a drug overdose on January 29, 2020. Police found a 24-year-old man dead in the home. Evidence showed Moser delivered the drugs that resulted in the man’s death. In a separate incident, on March 2, 2020, troopers were dispatched to a home on Twin County Road in Caernarvon Township to check on the welfare of an occupant. Police found Kristin Graham deceased in an upstairs bedroom due to strangulation. Moser, who was Graham’s boyfriend, was arrested March 3 at a Chester County hotel.
