YORK – York City Police are investigating two homicides in the city. The first happened on Saturday, March 5 around 3:50 p.m. in the 300 block of W. North Street. An approximately 24-year-old male victim was shot by a known suspect while in their residence. The victim was determined to be deceased when officers arrived. Police say there is not a threat to the public at this time. The second occurred Saturday night around 10:19 p.m. in the 600 block of Vander Avenue. Reportedly, there had been a domestic dispute before the shooting. Police found 48-year-old Marlon Diaz of York deceased at the residence and said there is no danger to the public.
