HARRISBURG – Gov. Josh Shapiro announced two more key cabinet appointments. Lucas Miller will continue serving as PA’s Inspector General. Miller served under Gov. Tom Wolf as the eleventh Inspector General, whose mission is to stop fraud, waste, misconduct, and abuse in programs, operations, and contracting of executive agencies. Reggie McNeil was appointed to be Secretary of the Department of General Services which provides shared services to support the business operations of all agencies of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Most recently, McNeil was the Chief Operating Officer of the School District of Philadelphia.
