HARRISBURG/EPHRATA – Two missing individuals have been located. 61-year-old Elmer Vargas of Harrisburg had been reported missing on Monday. 15-year-old Maria Garcia was recently residing with extended family in Ephrata Township when she went missing. Both persons have been found and are safe.
