MANHEIM – Police in Manheim, Lancaster County, are investigating a Sunday morning shooting. Officers responded around 3:15 a.m. to the 100 block of South Pitt Street and found two people had been shot. A 47-year-old female and a 22-year-old-female sustained hand and arm injuries from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. Witnesses and victims identified the shooter as 40-year-old Dustin Wolf of Manheim, who fled the scene prior to officers arriving. The witnesses also reported the shooting took place after an argument and that the victims and the suspect knew each other. Officers established a perimeter at Wolf’s address in the first block of South Main Street where he was located and arrested. Wolf will be arraigned and charged after consultation with the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office.
