LEBANON – A shooting in Lebanon has taken the lives of three people and wounded another. Lebanon Police Chief Bret Fisher said police responded to a home in the area of North Cherry and Garrett Streets shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday after a report of shots fired. Authorities report that 19-year-old Joshua Lugo-Perez, 8-year-old Jesus Perez-Salome, and 9-year-old Sebastian Perez-Salome were killed. The boys are students in the Lebanon School District. A 33-year-old man was recovering after surgery. Fisher said it appeared that one of the victims was targeted and the other three victims were uninvolved. Two people have been arrested in connection with the shootings. The Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office says an investigation showed that Alex Torres Santos and James Fernandez-Reyes committed the homicide. They have been taken into custody.
