YORK COUNTY – Two Baltimore women were arrested after a York County bank robbery. On Saturday, officers were dispatched to the M&T Bank on E. Forrest Avenue in Shrewsbury. Southern Regional Police investigated and PA State Police assisted with checking the area for the suspects. While investigating, State Police received a call for a robbery at the Truist Bank on Susquehanna Trail in Shrewsbury Tonwship. Troopers located the suspects leaving the bank and apprehended both female suspects. Southern Regional Police charged 39-year-old Andrea Garrett and 34-year-old Shakim Bryant for the robbery of the M&T Bank. State Police are investigating the robbery at the Truist Bank.
