FORT INDIANTOWN GAP – A weekend crash involving two military vehicles claimed the life of a soldier and injured three others at Fort Indiantown Gap in Lebanon County. PA National Guard officials say 20-year-old Spc. Mackenzie Shay of New Castle was killed and three other service members were treated at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and released. Shay was an Army Petroleum Supply Specialist who had been assigned to Company G of the 28th Infantry Division, 128th Brigade Support Battalion. Officials have not released details, but say the crash remains under investigation.
