LANCASTER COUNTY – Police in Lancaster County have identified three individuals who fled from a fatal crash scene at Charlestown Road and Water Street in Washington Boro on July 30th. 23-year-old Mikaail Cotton of Lancaster is facing charges including Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury for actions which resulted in the death of 20-year-old Saige Zink of Columbia. Anyone with information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Lancaster County Communications at 717-664-1180. Police say the other persons who fled, Helmer Soto-Colon and Savahnnah McFerrin, are encouraged to speak with the Manor Township Police.
