HARRISBURG – Three individuals were arrested after discharging firearms August 12 around 2 a.m. within Harrisburg’s Brightbill Park. Police seized three handguns: two had altered serial numbers, one lacked a serial number, and one of the three were reported stolen. A 17-year-old Lower Paxton Township male was identified as the person firing the handgun. Additionally, Kleron Watson and Daniel Ebanga, both from Middletown, were found to be in possession of firearms. The 17-year-old was charged with possession of a stolen handgun, possession of firearm without a license, and reckless endangerment. He is currently in the custody of Juvenile Probation. Watson and Ebanga were charged with possession of a stolen handgun and possession of a firearm without a license Both are remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
