EPHRATA – A suspect has been identified after a Wednesday night pedestrian hit-and-run crash in Lancaster County. An 83-year-old woman was struck in the 100 block of S. Reading Road in Ephrata as she was walking south. Police believe she was struck in the head by the passenger-side mirror of a pickup truck which did not stop and fled the scene. The woman, who is from Ephrata, is currently in critical condition.
