STATE COLLEGE – Wintry weather is on the horizon as rain overnight will eventually turn to snow tomorrow morning according to Meteorologist Joe Lundberg. Snow can accumulate to a slushy 1-2 inches with higher amounts to the north and west with the possibility of slippery conditions on untreated surfaces before drying out in the afternoon. Expect winds that could gust to 40 mph with temperatures dropping into the teens as skies clear tomorrow night.
