YORK – State Police are searching for man who escaped their custody while at York Hospital. Ishan Phinn is wanted for Escape, Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Resisting Arrest. Anyone who may have seen Phinn or may know his whereabouts is asked to contact PSP York at 717-428-1011 or PA Crime Stoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS.
