HARRISBURG – On Thursday, January 9, at approximately 10:00 AM, Harrisburg Police responded to the 500 block of South 17th Street for a report of a stabbing in a residence. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from multiple stab wounds to the chest and torso. The victim was immediately rushed to a local hospital and an investigation was initiated. The investigation revealed Geoffrey Reynolds was responsible for the stabbing. Reynolds was arrested a short time later in the 1900 block of Park Street. He was charged with Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault and Possession of Instrument of a Crime. The victim is expected to recover from their injuries.
