HARRISBURG – Several state lawmakers joined with members of Students for Life and pregnancy resource centers from across PA to recognize June as “Life Month” and to mark the third year since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Rep. Stephanie Borowicz of Clinton & Union Counties is a strong supporter of life and hosted the event at the state Capitol. Crawford County Rep. Kathy Rapp, who chairs the PA House Pro Life Caucus, said abortion is not health care. Senators Cris Dush and Doug Mastriano also participated. The speakers made it clear that every life is sacred, every child is a gift, and every heartbeat matters. They also urged Pennsylvanians to support their local pregnancy centers which offer support for mothers, fathers, and their children.
