HARRISBURG – Harrisburg Police are investigating two shots-fired incidents. On Saturday March 29 around 5:45 p.m., officers responded to the area of North 6th and Schuylkill Streets and found multiple spent shell casings. The area was searched and no gunshot victims were located. Property damage was reported and an investigation was initiated. On Sunday, March 30 around 6 p.m., police responded to the area of Reel and Seneca Streets. Officers arrived and were provided a description of one of the shooters. Officers saturated the area and found a person matching the suspect’s description. The suspect was observed behind a business placing something into a pile of leaves. The suspect was detained and upon checking the pile of leaves, officers located a pistol with an extended magazine. The suspect, a juvenile, was charged with firearms offenses.
