COLUMBIA -Police in Lancaster County responded to a shots fired call. Yesterday at approx. 8:09 p.m., officers responded to the area of 6th and Locust Streets in Columbia and located numerous shell casings at the scene and an occupied vehicle that was struck during the incident.
