LANCASTER – One person suffered non-life threatening injuries after a shooting in Lancaster. Officers responded yesterday at 12:31 p.m. to the 200 block of E. Madison Street and found the victim. A person of interest was taken into police custody, and officials do not believe the public is in any danger.
