Saturday Afternoon’s Spotlight Highlight

LANCASTER – Saturday afternoon’s Spotlight features Randall Wenger, Chief Counsel with the Independence Law Center in Harrisburg, talking about the PA Department of Health’s proposed regulations that were withdrawn from the Independent Regulatory Review Commission after thousands of citizens commented on the impact it would have on their constitutional liberties. The regulations will be resubmitted at a future time. Wenger also discusses the case of a Chester County school district that rescinded their policy of keeping gender transitions of minors from the knowledge of their parents.
