YORK COUNTY – State Police are investigating a case of criminal mischief in which a victim had their vehicle struck by a rock thrown from the Reeser’s Summit overpass on Interstate 83 in York County at mile marker 37.9 on October 21 at 12:16 a.m. The vehicle was southbound, when a softball sized rock entered the front windshield, nearly striking the victim. Cameras from the area were reviewed and two males were seen walking from the area. Authorities say similar incidents occurred on October 6 and October 8 around the same time frame.
