HARRISBURG – The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning until 8 p.m. today for Lancaster, Lebanon, and Schuylkill Counties. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring or are imminent due to a combination of winds, low relative humidity, and dry conditions. Any fires that could develop may quickly get out of control and become difficult to contain. Some counties currently have temporary burn bans in effect.
