HARRISBURG -The PA House voted 102-101 to pass House Bill 1200, which would legalize recreational marijuana in the state. The measure would charge the PA Liquor Control Board with running state marijuana stores and licensing private marijuana growers, processors, transporters, on-site consumption lounges, and labs. All House Democrats voted for the bill while all Republicans were opposed.
