HARRISBURG – PA House Health Committee Chair, Rep. Kathy Rapp of Warren County announced she is once again pursuing an agenda focusing on the sanctity and quality of all human life, but also exercising full legislative oversight on PAs plan to deploy the COVID-19 vaccine. Rapp plans to convene hearings with the objective of advancing legislation that would ban abortion whenever the baby’s heartbeat can be detected; end the genocidal procedure of aborting children due solely to a possible Down Syndrome diagnosis; and offering families the dignity of respectful internment for the remains of their unborn children. Rapp added that during this new session, there are already many questions regarding why some Pennsylvanians have been prioritized over others and why the available COVID-19 vaccine has not been quickly and efficiently administered to those who need it the most.
