LANCASTER – The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Lancaster County through this evening. Minor flooding is forecast for the Conestoga River at Lancaster. At 2:15 a.m. today, the river was at 6.4 feet and expected to rise above flood stage to a crest of 11.7 feet later this morning. Flood stage is at 11 feet. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon.
