HARRISBURG – PHEAA is encouraging high school students and their families to pick up their free copy of the 2027-28 PA Student Aid Guide to help them navigate the college planning process. The guide is PA’s most comprehensive financial aid publication, providing in-depth information on the federal student aid process and details on PA’s aid programs, including the need-based PA State Grant Program. PHEAA distributes a printed copy to counselors at most high schools in the state each fall. Every student who is interested in pursuing their post-secondary education should see their high school counselor for a copy. A digital copy is also available at pheaa.org/StudentAidGuide.
