HARRISBURG – Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency Director Randy Padfield says state officials have been monitoring conditions during the storm and will be working with counties in getting the state back open. He says if you don’t have to travel today, stay home and safe in order to allow workers to open roads, respond to power outages, and help in emergency situations. PEMA is also ensuring the safe delivery of COVID-19 vaccine, which was successfully delivered to an additional seven hospitals yesterday.
