HARRISBURG (AP) – Republicans in the PA Senate are preparing to test how far they can go in pursuing what they call a “forensic investigation” of last year’s election. The Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee is meeting today and are expected to vote on subpoenas for detailed information on who voted in last year’s election. Democrats have vowed to fight any subpoenas, and it’s not clear whether the Wolf Administration can be forced to produce the information.
