HARRISBURG – Thousands of pro lifers are gathered in Harrisburg for the 2026 PA March for Life at the state Capitol steps in Harrisburg. State lawmakers, pro life leaders, religious leaders and former PA U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, who was the keynote speaker. Attendees then marched around the area in support of unborn children and their families. Buses from all over the state were in attendance. Some attendees visited inside the state Capitol to talk to lawmakers urging them to support legislation to support unborn babies, pro life pregnancy care centers, and families taking care of their newborn children.
