PHILADELPHIA – Gov. Josh Shapiro joined with rabbis and various leaders at a rally against antisemitism in Philadelphia. He commended college students in speaking out against antisemitism. The governor added that it’s important to make sure there is accountability on campus for those who spread hate speech, whether a faculty member, student, a staff person. PA Sen. Bob Casey, Rabbi Eli Freedman, Michael Balaban, and local community leaders also attended the rally at Rodeph Shalom Synagogue.
