HARRISBURG – Gov. Tom Wolf has ordered the Commonwealth flag on all state facilities, public buildings, and grounds fly at half-staff immediately in honor of Rep. Tony DeLuca, who passed away on Sunday at the age of 85 after a brief battle with lymphoma. Wolf called the Allegheny County Democrat “a dedicated public servant and fierce advocate for his constituents and all Pennsylvanians.” Rep. DeLuca served in the PA House from 1983 until his death. The state flag will be flown at half-staff until sunset on the day of Rep. DeLuca’s interment.
